Shipping policy

We guarantee shipping within 24 hours on weekdays (Mon-Fri); for orders received before 09:00 AM (shipping cut-off time), they will be shipped the same day.

Within Germany: Free shipping

> Shipping is always via DHL Parcel (with tracking), delivery within 1-3 business days.

> Accessories (cleaning pens, charging cables, silicone tips) are shipped via Deutsche Post letter.

 

Outside Germany: Shipping costs as indicated at checkout

> Shipping is always via DHL Parcel International Premium (with tracking), delivery usually within 1-4 business days.
